With the VisiWeb video monitoring system, the focus is on functionality, solidity, expandability and integratability. This allows custom-made solutions to be made, which contribute considerably to the subjective feeling of passenger safety.
VisiWeb video monitoring system structure
The VisiWeb CCTV consists of a scalable video computer which is connected with the cameras via the Ethernet. The image is transmitted from the camera to the video computer via an IP protocol. Optionally, additional devices, such as a driver's cab monitor, external wireless data gateway, electronic rearview mirror and front view cameras can be integrated in the system via the Ethernet. Devices from third-party manufacturers can be easily integrated into the system.
Data storage
Data is stored in a ring buffer in normal mode. The lifetime of the images and the image recording rate can be configured here.
If an alarm is triggered (e.g. emergency call), the images of the camera in question are written to a secure emergency track which can only be deleted by authorized personnel. For every image, any attributes, such as the position of the vehicle, time and date can also be stored. They are relevant for analyzing the image data. The data is stored on removable hard disks. They can be exchanged during operation.
Data evaluation
The data can be analyzed with a user-friendly analysis program. Here, one can investigate according to the various attributes.
